introduction:
In a recent survey on Facebook, 54% of the people that responded said they felt more comfortable when they were in their comfort zone. In this example, I'm going to take the opportunity to go through and identify a few examples of my own comfort zone and describe why it is important to remain in that zone. For example, if you are not used to most things I am about to describe or have never experienced the same thing; still stay focused on what you're comfortable with.
I'm a very outgoing person, which is why I've always found myself in situations where I have good communication skills and am comfortable with different types of people. My comfort zone also includes being able to talk to someone while they are making an important decision or when they're dealing with something extremely stressful.
Some examples of your comfort zone
I don't know. I used to be afraid of public speaking and then I realized that it's not about the fear, it's about me being comfortable with myself and what I have to say.
I used to be afraid of expressing myself in front of others, but now I can't wait to do so!
I used to be afraid of talking about my emotions and then realized that if you feel something, you need to share it with someone who cares.
I used to be afraid of trusting people but now I feel confident enough in myself and my abilities that I know that if someone is good for me or for my business, they will always be there for me when I need them.
I have a very comfortable zone. I am comfortable with my clothes, food, and fitness. I have always been in control of my life. I like to think that I am someone who is happy with what he has and who appreciates the things around him.
I believe that if you are in a position where you are content with what you have, then there is nothing wrong with being content. It doesn't mean that the world is perfect or that there is no room for improvement but it does mean that you know how to find happiness in your own personal way.
I am a very friendly person and I love to talk. My comfort zone is my friends and family. Sometimes, I feel shy when I meet new people because I don't know how to act around them. There are times when I want to be more outgoing but then again, it's better for me to stay in my comfort zone.
My comfort zone also includes music. I like listening to music from hip-hop artists such as Drake, Nicki Minaj, Kendrick Lamar, and Post Malone. They have great lyrics that make you feel good when you hear them
Conclusion:
As a designer, you need to not only push the boundaries of your comfort zone but also stretch it out. Organs such as the muscles and heart need to work just right or else we get ill and can die. Well, we want our creativity to be at peak performance too and there are times we all feel stress or fear that our ideas are terrible. Reaching outside of your comfort zone might make you feel extremely uneasy but is necessary to grow as a designer and even as a human being. JK Rowling once said, "If you do not fail at least 90 percent of the time, then you are not aiming high enough." So go out there and achieve great things!
